Video has emerged of Arizona Border Patrol Agents chasing illegal immigrants from a minvan as the 1961 Boots Randolph single Yakety Sax, made famous by the Benny Hill Show, plays in the background. The office of the Inspector General will not confirm or deny whether they are investigating the clip. The Border Patrol isn't talking about it.
